Sie haben für die Konzerte mit Michael Bolton vom 4./6. April 2024 respektive vom 28./29. März 2025 Tickets gebucht.
Aufgrund der noch nicht ausreichend fortgeschrittenen Genesung von Michael Bolton mussten diese Konzerte auf einen noch offenen Termin verschoben werden (voraussichtlich ins Jahr 2026).
Anstelle von Michael Bolton konnten die 10-fach Grammy-gekrönte Soul-, Pop-, Jazz- und Gospelsängerin Chaka Khan für die «Live at the Symphony»-Konzerte vom 28./29. März 2025 im Rahmen des THE RETRO FESTIVALS im KKL Luzern gewonnen werden.
In diesem Zusammenhang bieten wir nun Ihnen als Ticket-Inhaberin bzw. -Inhaber für die Konzerte vom 4./6. April 2024 reps. vom 28./29. März 2025 die folgenden Optionen an und bitten Sie, die für Sie passende bis 6. Dezember 2024 auszuwählen:
Option 1: Tickets für «Michael Bolton – Live at the Symphony» (voraussichtlich 2026) behalten
Sie behalten Ihre Tickets und verwenden diese für die neuen, zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt noch offenen Termine der Konzerte mit Michael Bolton.
Sie müssen nichts weiter unternehmen; wir informieren Sie wieder, sobald die Ersatztermine festgelegt sind.

Option 2: Tickets umbuchen für das Konzert mit Chaka Khan am 28. resp. 29. März 2025
Wir bieten Ihnen an, Ihre Tickets auf das Konzert «Chaka Khan – Live at the Symphony» am 28. resp. 29. März 2025, umzubuchen. Sie erhalten die gleichen Plätze oder Plätze in der gleichen Kategorie in der Näher der ursprünglich gebuchten Plätze.
Wir senden Ihnen eine Buchungsbestätigung zu, sobald die Umbuchung vorgenommen wurde. (Diese Umbuchung kann aufgrund der grossen Anzahl an Tickets ca. 10 Tage in Anspruch nehmen)

Option 3: Tickets für «Michael Bolton – Live at the Symphony» retour geben und eine Rückerstattung des Ticketbetrags erhalten.
Sie retournieren Ihre Tickets für die Konzerte mit Michael Bolton und wir stornieren diese. Die Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises erfolgt in den nächsten Tagen (dies kann aufgrund der grossen Anzahl an Tickets einige Zeit in Anspruch nehmen).
Bitte senden Sie uns Ihre gewünschte Option anhand des untenstehenden Formulars wenn möglich bis am 6. Dezember 2024 zu. Nach diesem Datum werden die reservierten Platz-Kontingente für das Konzert vom 28. und 29. März 2025 für den öffentlichen Verkauf freigegeben.
You have booked tickets for the concerts with Michael Bolton on 4/6 April 2024 and/or 28/29 March 2025.
Due to Michael Bolton’s not yet sufficiently advanced recovery, these concerts had to be postponed to a date that is still open (probably to 2026).
Instead of Michael Bolton, we were able to win the 10-time Grammy award-winning soul, pop, jazz and gospel singer Chaka Khan for the «Live at the Symphony» concerts on 28/29 March 2025 as part of THE RETRO FESTIVAL at the KKL Lucerne.
In this context, we are now offering you as a ticket holder the following options for the concerts on 4/6 April 2024 and 28/29 March 2025 and ask you to select the one that suits you best by 6 December 2024:
Option 1: Keep tickets for «Michael Bolton – Live at the Symphony» (probably to 2026)
You keep your tickets and use them for the new, currently still open dates of the concerts with Michael Bolton.
You do not need to take any further action; we will inform you again as soon as the replacement dates have been finalised.

Option 2: Rebook tickets for the concert with Chaka Khan on 28 March 2025
We offer you to rebook your tickets for the concert «Chaka Khan – Live at the Symphony» on 28 and 29 March 2025. You will receive the same seats or seats in the same category closer to the originally booked seats.
We will send you a booking confirmation as soon as the rebooking has been made. (This rebooking can take approx. 10 days due to the large number of tickets)

Option 3: Return tickets for «Michael Bolton – Live at the Symphony» and receive a refund of the ticket price.
You return your tickets for the concerts with Michael Bolton and we cancel them. The refund of the purchase price will take place within the next few days (this can take approx. 10 days due to the large number of tickets).
Please send us your preferred option using the form below by 6 December 2024 if possible. After this date, the reserved seats for the concert on 28 and 29 March 2025 will be released for public sale.
